Mindfulness and kindness towards ourselves help us to create an inner refuge, from where we can relate to ourselves and our world in healthy and rewarding ways.
Mindfulness Meditation for Lawyers can help members of the legal community reduce stress, boost performance, better concentrate and find an inner refuge. Meditation can provide calm, focused perspective as well as greater resilience, effectiveness and happiness. Mindfulness meditation is the practice of resting in the mind calmly in the present moment rather than getting caught up in fears, worries, and stories. The session will include a 25-minute guided meditation practice.
